Installation of 0.4(0.66), 6(10), 35 и 110* kV cable lines (CL)

Industrial or civil enterprises are powered mostly through OHL and CL.

The main advantage of cable lines comparing with the overhead ones is that it is possible to install them where OHL installation is complicated, i.e. in residential areas or industrial facilities.

Energy System Services operations include but are not limited to installation of all types of power cables:

1. Underground cable installation:

1.1 Route preparation, i.e. trench excavation and laying out polyethylene pipes.

1.2 Cable laying in trenches (pipes).

1.3.1 End sealing of 0.4 (0.66 kV) power cables.

1.3.2 Installation of end and joint cable couplings (cross-linked polyethylene) for 6(10), 35 kV cables.

1.4 High voltage testing with increased power frequency and insulation testing.

1.5 Trench backfilling including actions to prevent mechanical damage to the cables.

2. In air cable installation (on trays):

2.1 Trench preparation, i.e. installation of trays and other structures.

2.2 Installation of cables in trays, conduits; laying cables along inside and outside walls of buildings.

2.3.1 End sealing of 0.4 (0.66 kV) power cables.

2.3.2 Installation of end and joint cable couplings (cross-linked polyethylene) for 6 (10), 35 kV cables.

2.4 High voltage testing with increased power frequency and insulation testing.
