Reconstruction of existing 110 kV high-voltage power lines from GTES-480 to 150 MVA CRP (Central Power Distribution Station) - 20090 man hours (completed)

Customer “Tengizchevroil” LLP  2009-2010 years.

- Installation of OHL single-circuit line 110 kV 1,2 km;

- Installation of OHL double-circuit line 110 kV 1,2 km;

- Installation of fiber optic cables, which are embedded in protective earth wire (OPGC).

- All installed intermediate and anchor poles are metal assembling structures.

- Quantity of man-hours is 20090.

Character of this project, that part of poles in dimension 220 kV: U220-1, U220-2, U220-2+5, U220-2+14.

Metal pole U220-2+14 with height of approximately 45 meters was installed by method «Falling jib erection».
