Open position: Environmental Specialist

Full-time, rotation 14/14, Tengiz based

Responsibilities:

-          Develop environmental control programs;

-          Prepare applications for environmental permits;

-          Prepare environmental studies of construction sites;

-          Perform walkover and construction site trips to monitor compliance with environmental standards of the Customer and the Republic of Kazakhstan;

-          Prepare written reports under the Company’s Program of Industrial Environmental Control;

-          Prepare written reports as per Environmental Actions Plans.

Requirements:

-          3-6 years of experience;

-          Higher or secondary vocational education;

-          Tengiz experience in a similar role preferable;

-          Experienced in development and revision of environmental instructions, programs, policies and procedures;

-          Competent PC user (e-mail, MS office, etc.);

-          Knowledge of TCO environmental control requirements preferable;

-          English proficiency (Intermediate) preferable.
